Holiday Club – Summer Half-term Holidays 2012

Week 1

All children – theme -Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Celebrations

Week 2

Pre-school and Reception - theme -Princes and Princesses

Years 1 – 6 – theme -Fairytales, Fantasy and Fiction

During the course of the day the children will be based in the Pre-school Room and also use the outdoor area.   All children will need a packed lunch, no fizzy drinks or nuts please, break time drinks and snacks will be provided.  Please send an overall to protect clothing during craft work.  All children should wear sensible shoes (i.e. no crocs).

Please see sheets attached for details of activities relevant to the ages of children booked in.

Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and may be limited due to staff holiday entitlement.  Please note that once days have been booked through the School Office, staffing will be arranged accordingly and changes may not be made.

Please return completed slips no later than Friday 11^th  May together with payment at £27 per day.   If you wish to book half a day, session times for a morning are 8.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. and afternoon from 1.00 p.m. until 6.00 p.m.   Children attending for the morning only must be collected by 1.00 p.m. and those attending for afternoon only should not arrive before 1.00 p.m.   The cost of a half day is £15.00 per session.  Cheques should be made out to Highfield Priory School Limited.
